If you love our Free Trials, registration is open to keep the enjoyment of dance going all winter long.
Dance Bootcamp
Description: Vancouver's Sweatiest Dance-Fitness Class! Dance Bootcamp takes the best of dance fitness with a mix of dance styles and bootcamp elements. We incorporate dance into a workout movement/circuit, choreography, and straight bootcamp movements. Among the dance style covered are salsa, afro, dancehall, basic breakdance, hip hop and swing. You'll leave sweaty and happy from this high energy dance program.

Adult Hip Hop Fundamentals
Adult (age 19+
All hip hop enthusiasts unite! Dancers will refine their technique through Hip Hop fundamentals, learning choreography, footwork, isolations, stretches and more! Enjoy great tunes and good vibes while working up a sweat and meeting new friends along the way. Open level, beginner friendly.
Dancehall is back!
Dancehall
Adult (age 16+)
Dancehall is a highly energetic, rhythmic style which originated in Jamaica and has Reggae roots. Learn the foundations of dancehall in this open-level dance program which is uptempo and empowering. Fall in love with the dancehall movements and infectious beats which are taking the music industry by storm.
Adult Beginner Ballet
Adult (age 16+)
Ballet enthusiasts and former dancers unite! An open level, beginner friendly, ballet program designed for adult dancers to reap the benefits of ballet through exercises to condition the body, creativity and to compliment short choreographies. Soft ballet shoes are recommended. Please wear comfortable clothing for movement and bring a water bottle.
Dance Body Stretch and Strength
(age 18+)
Dancers and non-dancers are welcome to an hour long, full-body, DANCER WARM-UP SESSION designed to condition the muscles, increase flexibility and improve overall day-to-day mobility. This gentle, yet effective class (set to a great playlist) is excellent for all levels.
Adult Beginner Contemporary (age 16+)
Contemporary dance is a style of expressive dance that combines elements of several dance genres including modern, jazz, lyrical, and classical ballet. Play with pushing boundaries, gravity, breathtaking imagery, intricate gestures, complex vs simple, strength, art, movement vs stillness in this open level, beginner friendly class. Please wear comfortable clothing, and dance barefoot or in shoes. Drop-in $18 (space permitting).
Sunday Sultry Movement (age 19+)
Sundays are about to get steamy! Ready to dip your toe, or fully immerse yourself into the pleasure of a Sultry Movement Class. In each class we’ll thoroughly warm-up, you’ll learn stabilizing tips and tricks while improving technique followed by a short choreography. Open to all levels beginner friendly. No experience required. Please wear non marking runners (no heels). Drop-in $18 (space permitting).
Adult Contemporary / Jazz Technique (age 19+)
Adult Contemporary / Jazz Technique is excellent for Movement Enthusiasts, Athletes and Dancers. In a welcoming atmosphere participants will give their bodies a treat through our thorough warm-up / stretch followed by technique, improvisation, and very basic jazz/contemp tricks and moves. No experience required. All body types are welcome. Drop-in $18 (space permitting).
